to our Montessori families!
We know that some of you live in neighborhoods that do not offer recycling or the recycling service provided only collects a few recyclable items.
We are here for your recycling needs - Bring your recyclable items to HCMS!

Recycling Guidelines:
Ø Rinse food and debris to avoid problems attracting pests
Ø Unfortunately, lids are not recyclable
Ø Recyclable hard plastic items #1-7 (in triangle on bottom or side of item)
Ø Broken glass cannot be recycled-please bring items in sturdy container
Ø All types of cardboard are acceptable including cereal boxes, paper towel rolls, shoe boxes, cracker boxes, etc. Please make sure they are flattened and unsoiled.
Wal-mart and HEB recycle plastic bags
Ø HEB's container is outside at the front of the store
Ø Wal-mart's container is right inside the main doors near the greeter

They are also still looking for volunteers to help with the collection of these items. If you are interested please contact Maura.
