Availability
Our 2008 Summer Programs are now available and open for all to enjoy! All registration is on a first-come, first-served basis. If the program for which you have registered is full, your child will be placed on a wait list and you will be contacted by the school.
Extended day programs are available but also have limited availability and must be pre-registered. No drop-ins will be accepted for extended day programs.

Administrative Policies:
A Health Form & Emergency Form is required for every child. If you have one on file for the 2007-2008 school year, you will not need to fill out another one.
Payments, Deposits, Cancellations & Refunds:
- HCMS may cancel any program for which there is insufficient enrollment. In this event, all deposits will be refunded.
- Registration and payment are due at least one week prior to the start of class. There are no exceptions.
- You will receive a full refund if you cancel within 2 weeks of the class start date. After that date, refunds are made only if the class is cancelled, or if a student is medically precluded from participating.
- All checks are payable to Hill Country Montessori School. Payment may also be made by credit card.
- There is no prorating for student absences.
- All registrations are made with the understanding that students and parents will abide by the rules and regulations described in the policy handbook. HCMS reserves the right to request the withdrawal of anyone whose conduct, attendance or participation is regarded as undesirable or detrimental to the school community.

What To Bring For Your Child
- A complete change of clothes for children 3 to 5. Place clothing in a Ziploc bag with your child’s name, and place in backpack.
- A king-size pillow case for children 3 to 5 for his/her nap mat.
- A lunch box with ice pack to keep items cool. Please do not send items that need to be heated.
- Day One: When you arrive, you will be directed to a specific classroom. Please walk your child to that room. This will provide you the opportunity to meet the teacher, and show your child which classroom to go to for the remainder of the week.
- After the first day you may continue to park your car and walk your child in, or you may use the drop-off line. Two staff members are available to assist your children out of your car. Please be sure that your child is able to exit from the left hand (driver’s side) of the car if you select this option.
